About Us

CPRA is the UK’s leading and fastest growing firm of chartered surveyors.

We employ some of the country’s most experienced and talented specialists who tirelessly endeavour to minimise our client’s property costs, including business rates, rent and corporation tax.

Headquartered in London with eleven regional U.K. offices, we provide rating, lease advisory, utilities, R&D, capital allowances, sales, lettings, design & build and valuation services to thousands of owners and occupiers of commercial property in England, Wales and Scotland.

Globally we provide acquisition, disposal and project finance services, working with developers, start-ups, private and institutional investors, multinationals and sovereign wealth funds. We have advised on infrastructure and real estate development projects costing several billions. Our Middle East offices focus on project management, cross-border investment and capital markets within the EMEA region.

We pride ourselves on delivering fantastic customer service, sound professional advice and we achieve exceptional and timely results that our competitors can only dream of. Our fees are fair, transparent and usually performance based.

Our RICS chartered surveyors and qualified tax advisors are experts in their chosen fields and our whole team have previously worked for the world’s biggest real estate firms. We also enjoy excellent working relationships with former colleagues within The Valuation Office, HMRC and other agencies.

Our U.K. team specialises in hotel, pub, leisure, retail, office and industrial valuations. We currently act for thousands of occupiers and landlords nationally. The CPRA team achieves job satisfaction by guiding our clients through the complexities of owning and occupying commercial property. We have saved our clients millions of pounds and as we continue to grow we will endeavour to help even more businesses succeed, especially in uncertain economic times.

If you would like to know more about our services, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please free to contact our team to discuss your requirements.
