Our fast-growing business is currently hiring full-time, part-time and freelance consultant lease exit and dilapidations specialist surveyors to join a highly successful and expanding team, with a fantastic reputation within the industry. Lease Exit is CPRA’s fastest growing department and the successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience working either independently or for a competitor. You will be working remotely and reporting into our London HQ.
You will be motivated to achieve the best possible results for our existing clients. Most cases will be enquiries from our existing rating and lease advisory clients. You will be expected to manage between 10-50 live cases, have strong communication skills and provide detailed interim and final reports to both clients and your line manager.
