Our fast-growing business is currently hiring a full-time business development manager to join a highly successful and expanding team, with a fantastic reputation within the industry. You will be involved in a mixture of cold-calling, networking and online marketing in order to promote CPRA’s commercial property services and grow our business. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Executives. The successful candidate will have a background in business development and a minimum of two years management experience. Previous experience within commercial property would be preferred. You will be confident working in a team and at times independently, you will be self-motivated, punctual, organized and hard-working.
Your targets will be based on a minimum number of new instructions secured each month through outbound cold-calling, email marketing etc. Support and ongoing training from our sales director, chartered surveyors and administration staff will be provided. You will be expected to manage a small team on top of your own sales pipeline and have strong communication and I.T. skills.
