Our fast-growing business is currently hiring full-time and part-time business development executives to join a highly successful and expanding team, with a fantastic reputation within the industry. You will be involved in a mixture of cold-calling, networking and online marketing in order to promote CPRA’s commercial property services and grow our business. The successful candidate will not be required to have any previous experience but a background in business development, public-speaking or real estate would be preferred. You will be confident working in a team and at times independently, you will be self-motivated, punctual, organized and hard-working.
Your targets will be based on a minimum number of new instructions secured each month through outbound cold-calling, email marketing etc. Support and ongoing training from our sales team, sales director, chartered surveyors and administration staff will be provided. You will be expected to manage your own sales pipeline, data, prospects and meeting schedule and you will also have strong communication and I.T. skills.
